HMO Landlord Risk Audit

This assessment shows you how close you are to being compliant with HMO licensing regulations and includes a checklist if necessary of what to do in order to be fully compliant. In addition, it tells you what to do in order to safeguard you from official complaints by tenants. 
 
The report is based on a 1-day survey undertaken with you in attendance. You will also receive a follow-up phone call to discuss any questions you have. 
 
I visit your property and with you I inspect the outside of the property as well as each room. In addition I discuss the systems and procedures you use to run your business. You can ask any questions you like and you will benefit from my 16+ years experience of being an HMO landlord with multiple properties and overcoming many problems – including legal challenges by difficult tenants.

This consists of a Contractors’ Property Maintenance Manual and a Tenant’s Property Troubleshooting Manual.

Fully customised to your HMO property, these give your contractors everything they need to know in order to do maintenance and repairs efficiently, and your tenants an easy way to diagnose and overcome basic problems without having to call you. These are created after completing a 1-day survey with you in attendance.
